Yomizaka keeps, reads and proves

You upload the file
It is kept as it is, visible to your account alone; its text layer is read for search.

Yomizaka examines it
The PDF, as a file. The rules for a service contract or an invoice will be added here once they exist. No model is ever called to judge your documents.

You keep the proof
Each finding keeps the id of its run; the report is signed, and only the people you give access to can verify it, with a Yomizaka account.

What Yomizaka will read
The first three examples do not exist yet (soon); the last one already works.
- Service contract: payment deadline and late-payment interest (soon).
- Service contract: assignment of intellectual property, non-compete, exclusivity (soon).
- Invoice: GST and QST numbers and the mentions required in Québec (soon).
- Invoice received: an edited PDF is flagged, and the same file uploaded twice is recognised (available).
The owl examines the file today; it will read your contracts once their rules are written and sourced.
