Yomizaka
Who is it for?

Yomizaka · for landlords

A compliant lease before you send it.

Upload your lease template. Yomizaka reads it against Québec's rules, quotes the article behind each finding, and you keep a signed report to store or share.

How it works

Yomizaka keeps, reads and proves

Three steps, one trace from the file to the report.

  1. 01

You upload your template or a paper

It is kept as it is, visible to your account alone; its text layer is read for search.

  2. 02

    Yomizaka reads it

The lease, against Québec's rules on the date you choose; a PDF paper, examined as a file. No model is ever called to judge your documents.

  3. 03

    You keep the proof

Each finding keeps the id of its run; the report is signed, and only the people you give access to can verify it, with a Yomizaka account.

Examples

What Yomizaka flags before you send

The findings come from a real check of a sample Québec lease; a PDF's examination follows three levels (observed, unusual, inconsistent).

  • A template that asks for a security deposit at signing: non-compliant, with the article (C.c.Q., art. 1904).
  • A lease without the landlord's or the tenant's identification: a finding to fix before sending (art. 1895).
  • A proof of income PDF saved several times by an editing tool: « unusual », with what was observed.
  • A report shared with your manager until the end of the month, then withdrawn in one click.

The owl reads every page and knows every face: it shows what it observes, the decision stays yours.
